Lovely run along the Raad Ny Foillan Coast Path from Derby Haven to The Sound.

Started with a loop of Langness where I saw Choughs on the golf course. Then ran through Castletown and out onto Scarlett before running through Gansey and around the beaches and harbourn of Port St Mary. Decided then to head out onto the cliffs towards the Sound where Anna met me to give me a lift back.
